Summary of Project

The owner of this loft condominium in Manhattan’s Nolita district had occupied the space for close to thirty years. Prior to staging, the owner upgraded the kitchen and bathroom as well as installed new floors, moldings and built-in shelving. The apartment was completely empty and therefore required rental furniture that was modern and sophisticated to appeal to a young, urban buyer. We selected the furniture for the living room, dining areas and bedroom as well as accent items from CB2 and the black and white poster of Manhattan’s iconic Flat Iron Building. This apartment is currently on the market for $1.8 million.
